Handcrafted Details
Bespoke details often include hand-illustrated depictions of wedding venues and significant items to the couple such as flowers and foliage, places, pets, and personal treasures. Printing Finishes
You have the highest quality printing methods at your disposal including foil stamping (available in over 20 colours), letterpress, embossing and debossing, spot UV, Scodix, epoxy, and laser cutting and marking. Bespoke Design Process
Design & Refine
At this stage, a full sketch of each stationery item will be created for you to approve before turning them into realistic digital proofs. Two revisions will be included in the process. Additional revisions will be priced according to changes requested. This is your opportunity to make any last-minute alterations and requests before giving your final approval.
Print, Assemble, & Deliver
Your personalized wedding invitation suite is ready to be sent to print! Throughout the process, we'll carefully add the final embellishments that you've chosen such as ribbons, wax seals, etc. You'll be involved at every stage with regular progress photos and communication. Once the final payment is made, we'll ensure the finished pieces are safely packed and promptly shipped to your doorstep.
Concept Development
Based on your preferences and requirements, Chance will craft a proposal that includes two design concepts for you to choose from.
When you have had time to review the design proposal, a call will be arranged to fine-tune the details. When you are fully satisfied with the design plan, you will be sent a contract and a deposit invoice.
Once your contract is signed and your deposit has been made, you will have access to your client portal on our website where you can track the progress of your project and view all of the relevant documents and design files.
Design Consultation
This is your opportunity to communicate your vision, share your inspiration, and outline your basic requirements and general preferences for your project.
Together, we will make a list of all items you want to include in your stationery suite (e.g., invitations, RSVP cards, save-the-date cards, menus, programs, thank-you cards, etc.), as well as the level of customisation you are looking for (e.g., custom illustrations, specific themes or colour palettes, special printing techniques, etc.).
Chance offers video consultations as well as in-person meetings for clients based in London, UK. Consultations are always free and always encouraged, no matter what stage of planning you are in.
Pricing Overview
Basic Custom Designs
For simpler bespoke designs using standard paper and digital printing, costs typically start around £5 - £10 per invitation.
Mid-Range Options
More intricate designs involving custom illustrations, higher quality paper and special printing techniques (such as letterpress or foil stamping) can range from £10 - £20 per invitation.
High-End Designs
Highly elaborate invitations with premium materials (such as handmade paper, silk ribbons, wax seals), detailed artwork and luxury printing methods can cost £20 - £50 or more per invitation.
Extras and Add-Ons
Additional elements like RSVP cards, save-the-date cards, custom envelopes, envelope liners, and caligraphy can increase the total cost. Calligraphy, for instance, can add £2 - £5 per piece of stationery.
Minimum Orders
Chance Zacheis Designs has a minimum quantity order of 50 invitations.
